I’ve never liked store bought granola. I found the taste bland, at best, and downright nasty, at worst. I never understood why people loved the stuff. Then, I tried making my own granola and I realized that the store bought stuff just can’t compare to the homemade one. Over the years, I’ve tried different recipes.
The last four weeks have been a little rough. Going back to work was a lot more difficult than I had anticipated. I knew it would be a shock to my system to go back to the daily routine of a job. After months of having time to do what I wanted, when I wanted,
